• Grant TrustyTowers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Platform

We reserve the right to remove or edit User Content at our sole discretion, particularly if it is false, defamatory, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship to a building
• Upload viruses or malicious code

• Interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the Platform

7. Building and Developer Profiles

Information about apartment buildings and developers is drawn from public sources, user contributions, and third-party data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or up to date.

• TrustyTowers is an informational platform only. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the content found here.
• We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of User Content.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Platform.
